Booking and Payment
- All bookings are taken via Terama email address info@terama.com.au for the attention of the Booking Officer.
Payment in full is required within 7 days, preferably by direct deposit to Terama bank account which details will be provided when bookings are made or alternately via credit card. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS THERE ARE NO LIFTS RUNNING DUE TO INSUFFICIENT SNOW
Check-in is 3:00pm. Patrons checking out must have their belongings out of their room, food locker and fridge by 10am. All of your items may be left in the luggage area on the ground floor. Please assist in removing bed linen from bed, clean and tidy your bedroom before leaving.
